I know in the field, the word private equity seems to be a bad word and a place that people do not want to go work for

or work alongside. So I know I posted recently about SNABA being sold and moving to private equity and also like the

exciting part that we're going to be opening clinics all over.

And so I have someone here today to talk about this exciting venture we're taking as well

as why this is actually a positive move for the company.
