0:14.0	It's early evening and the inmates are in the kitchen.
0:20.0	These are high security prisoners, many convicted of violent crimes.

0:55.0	I noticed that some of them were cooking with these huge knives, but they're attached to chains.
1:00.0	So you trust them with big knives but only so far.
1:05.0	Yeah, they can't take the knife with them but also the knife is blunt.
1:09.0	It's no point.
1:10.0	It's no point.
1:11.0	Yeah, it's blunt. I didn't notice that.
1:13.0	Oh, yeah.
