Did you know the only way we can lose in life is if we quit?

The hard part is learning to keep going and trusting God, even when we're in the midst of difficulties.

When we're determined to never give up, there is no limit to what God can do in our lives.

Now, here's Joyce with today's teaching.

Yes, there's trials and tribulations and things that we go through, but my Bible says that right in the midst of all of these things,

you are more than conquerors through Christ who loves you.

You know what I believe more than a conqueror is?

I believe more than a conqueror means that I live with this attitude that no matter what kind

of a problem I have, I will overcome it.

I may not overcome it in two days.

I may not overcome it in two weeks. I may have to go through a hard time. I might have to go through a tough year. But in it all, God will be with me and he will never put more on me than what I can bear. And I believe, once again, that more than a conqueror's attitude, because I used to wonder, well, what is that? You know, sounds good, but what is it?

And I believe that it's that attitude that you live with that, hey, I don't know what's

going to happen tomorrow, but no matter what it is, I believe that no matter what it is,

I'll get through it, and I'll be better when it was over than I was before it happened, and God will work something good out of it,

and God will give me double blessings for my farmer trouble.

It's living with that good attitude.

Verse 14, wait and hope for and expect the Lord.

Now, you've got to really get that part because right here is where a lot of people fail because their expectation is not in

God it's in people or in the world economy or their job are themselves

we're always going to be devastated if we've got our hope in something that's shaky. But when we have our hope in God, I used to get so hurt because I'd be expecting this person to do that and they wouldn't do it, or I'd be expecting somebody else to come through for me and they wouldn't come through. And then I'd get all mad at them because they disappointed me. And I was just mad at somebody all the time.
