This is a special episode taking it all way back to the beginning when I used to give y'all stories from the cell, which was a very important

segment of the show because what I was doing was educating people on the importance of not going

to prison by telling you some of the horror stories that I went through, some of the hardships

and all that. Today is about me how I used to cook and how I had to survive in prison.

I'm going to show you what I cook to survive in prison and I'm going to have a couple of my fellow inmates with me and we're going to talk in prison. I'm going to show you what I cook to survive in prison. And I'm going

to have a couple of my fellow inmates with me. And then we're going to talk about all this stuff. I know you see it. It look crazy. And a lot of people you say, I would never eat this stuff. The way that I'm cooking is a little different than how most people cook in county jails and most people cook out of a chip bag. This is a little different. What I'm going to do today, I'm going to make a pot. What I'm cooking is what we usually cook when a game

happen or some people who cook every day based off on the ingredients they have or whatever. Today, this is a very special edition of stories from the cell. If you've never been to prison before, don't go. If you've been to prison before, don't go back. This is Story from the Cell.

Right now, I'm making a stinker.

This right here is how we're gonna cook the food plates. You know, I never, it's crazy because I ain't passed science class, but for some reason I know how to do this. So what is that you're putting together right there for people that don't know that's at home? This is a stinger. This is how you heat the water up to make your food. These plates we usually get from like the machine shop and gelells always shop somewhere. We get these from the shop so what I'm doing is I'm making

this and I'm it's simple but hold up. Get some plastic.

Look at this. Y'all looks very interesting. So I'm taking this plastic right?

You need that very interesting. Take this because you right here and what I want to do is I want to take this and I want to melt it. I want to melt this plastic around my stinger so it won't rust when I'm cooking in the water. So I want to plastic this. I want to melt this plastic on here, right? Take all this. You have this every day? No, once you got this stinger, you're done. The issue is I had a stinger out here, the free world, but I don't know where I put it at. Just for purposes, for when I want to cook my food and all that type of stuff. So what I'm doing right here, I'm wrapping this around this, the metal. You want to try to

wrap your metal because the more you, the more is locked up in the stinger, the more is preserved.

You do you what I'm saying? So when you lock it up and you wrap it up like this, you can

keep, you keep reusing it. You can reuse it a lot. So and it don't and it don't, uh, you really don't want your, uh, you want to do this for your stinger.
