So I first heard about Jersey Gregorick from Listening to Him on the Tim Ferris podcast,

and hearing him on other media outlets, he's one of the most interesting people. He's a poet,

he's a powerlifter, he's so many of the different things that normally don't go hand in hand,

and he's all of that. And that's what I love about him. And we get to go into all of that from

different things for the body and different things for the creative arts. And he's just one of those

well-rounded humans that are real warrior poet, which for those of you who've been following me for

a long time is a concept that I'm a huge fan of. So I hope you guys enjoy this podcast with one

of the most interesting people I've ever met Jersey Gregorick. Before we get started with the

podcast with Jersey, I want to talk to you guys about Skillshare. Now you might have heard me talk

about them before. It's absolutely one of the best online learning platforms that I've ever seen.

And talking to parents right now, schools are trying to pivot to go online, and they're really not

doing a very good job. Like the classes that are being offered from traditional schools.

Well, even when you go to the traditional schools, they weren't always all that good anyways.

But then trying to pivot to online classes, they're really not cutting it. And it doesn't cut it

for either kids or adults because that's not really what they were designed for. And a company

like Skillshare is actually creating classes that are going to be incredibly functional for anybody

at any age. So I remember like one of my favorite classes in college were some of my writing classes.

And especially my fiction classes. Some of the stories that I wrote in my fiction classes are

some of the things that I remember the most. And I was fortunate I had a great professor and it was

a great class. Well, Skillshare can bring that to you without you having to go to a super expensive

college and find like one out of every 10 classes that's awesome that you actually remember.
