1:41.0 | First of all, I want to answer Dan's question as best I can. Dan asked this. He said, how do you effectively lead people that are 10, 20, or 30 years older than you without feeling like you're the one who should be learning from them? |
1:55.0 | And a lot of people ask similar questions to this. If you're a younger leader, how do you lead people that are older than you? |
2:02.0 | And then Dan wanted to know, especially when you feel like maybe you should be learning from them. |
2:07.0 | And I want to say truthfully, you do want to learn from them. We all want to learn from each other. So there's no rank in servant leadership. |
2:14.0 | But I want to go ahead and try to answer your question. If you want to listen to episodes 12 and 13, there's actually some similar content or complimentary content on leading up episodes 12 and 13 of the leadership podcasters, some information that may be helpful as well. |
