I'm going to read from 1st Peter chapter 1, verse 22 over to chapter 2 verse 3.

This is the third week in a row.

We're looking at this passage.

It's a rich one.

1.2 to chapter 2 verse 3, and it's printed, of course course in your bulletins. Let's look at it.

Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your

brothers, love one another deeply from the heart. For you have been born again, not of perishable

seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. For all men are like grass,

and all their glory is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall,

but the word of the Lord stands forever. And this is the word that was preached to you.

Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind.

Like newborn babies, crave the pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up into your salvation, now that you have

tasted that the Lord is good. This is God's word. Now, I want to just, I really want to just

tonight home in on one phrase. I don't want to, I don't want to take any time to look at the structure.

This passage tells us a great deal about how you can grow as a Christian. And the how-toes are here,
