Hi, I'm so happy to be here.

I'm so excited to see you.

Literally.

We are gathered here today to revisit and re-examine a 2013 one season wonder

princess's Long Island. This was such an exciting journey. Full disclosure, I missed this entirely the first time.

Did you? Yeah, so it's been in my like, I know people love it, like have like discussed. It's one of the great one season wonders and I now definitely

concur but I totally missed it so this was a very exciting brand new exposure to these women.

So I definitely remember when it was premiering on Bravo in 2013 and I think I lasted two or three episodes and never completed it.

So the majority of it was like brand new for me.

And for me it was literally cultural anthropology like I felt like because I am from suburban Texas

I mean I did go to high school in Singapore but like I you did when I was 16, we moved from Houston to Singapore

and I graduated from high school there,

but when I went back to Texas for college,

and like I grew up in like real suburban Texas where like I don't think I really was aware of

knowing a Jewish person to like high school a tiny bit but literally post college like that much of a like Protestant

Southern Baptist like there was a Jewish temple in my neighborhood but I didn't know anyone that

went there.

But so like all of this life of like that like the deep dive culture of like the different

kinds of Jewish culture, Orthodox, you know people that are culturally but not

religiously or people, you know, and I'm very familiar with it now living in LA and
