5 gunman clad in camouflage open fire at a concert hall near Moscow,

killing at least 40 people and injuring 100 others.

Footage circulating on social media showed assailants using automatic weapons at Crockett City Hall, while a large fire and smoke can be seen rising from the venue.

Local media reported that several explosions had been heard at the site.

Earlier this month, the American embassy in Moscow warned of an imminent attack on the city by, quote, extremists.

Catherine, Princess of Wales, said that she is undergoing early stages of treatment for cancer.

The princess underwent abdominal surgery in January.

At the time, it was thought that her condition was non-cancerous but tests

after the operation found cancer to be present. She said that she and her

husband William, the Prince of Wales, have maintained privacy, quote,

for the sake of our young family.

Russia carried out a major bombing campaign against Ukraine, launching a total of 151 missiles and drones overnight.

The strikes targeted energy infrastructure, located in and around the cities of Kharkiv, Zaparezia and Krievi.

Ukraine's Energy Minister Herman Galishenko said the attacks were intended quote to cause a large scale
