I'm recording my intro, obviously a little bit in advance and I've just been on Twitter

0:13.2

and I'm very self-conscious on this intro because someone called Daniel Wallace has highlighted to

0:18.7

me that I say my welcomes with two W's rather than a W and an L. So you know W-E-W-C-O-M welcome

0:27.6

rather than welcome. So I just want to apologise for the last 35 episodes of poorly

0:36.6

enunciated welcomes but clearly it's not going to change because that's that's S6 that's my S6

0:44.0

voice for you. It was interesting to meet in a tell a little story now despite a last week doing

1:10.9

of the gang I would get accused of having a mocknie accent and I had to just spend ages defending

1:18.0

in interviews and explaining that that's just an S6 accent and S6 accent just sounds like kind of

1:23.6

a slightly weaker cockney accent or a slightly yeah I don't know a poor attempt at a cockney accent.

1:30.6

So yeah that's the that's the troubles I have to have to encounter there but um you know we're

1:37.8

getting on with it um we've now got the UK's number one podcast so it can't be that bad an accent.

1:44.3

Thank you very much for all the support um it also helped obviously are we had some great support

1:50.4

from the BBC news website. It had us on the front page talking about the podcast so thank you

1:55.8

for all downloading and continuing to support it means the world let's quickly get that support

2:00.6

thing in there as well of speech development records head over there um and check out my label

2:08.1

I've got t-shirts I've got all sorts of stuff it's it's a genuinely good way for you to support

2:14.8

the podcast um yeah there's there's there's tons of stuff there should be something for

2:20.8
