But I'll just say here that one thing of particular note is that on Tuesday, a federal

judge dismissed Amazon's attempt to block New York attorney general, Tish James, from investigating

the company's labor practices during the pandemic.

James ensued the company in February, specifically citing its treatment of workers in a Staten

Island facility, previous guest of Primer, Chris Smalls, is named in the suit, and

in Queens facilities as well.

Amazon's argument is, in part, that federal health and labor laws override James' oversight.
