No, I'm not going to tell you where to find good deals, though maybe the show would get

Instead we're talking about how people around the world are organizing against Amazon

on this sales holiday.

For Amazon workers, much as we've discussed about Prime Day, Black Friday means higher

injury rates as orders flood in, quotas go up, pace speeds up.

As the Center for Investigative Reporting found in 2019, Amazon warehouse workers' injuries

spike in the period between Black Friday and Christmas.

As I mentioned, my guest this week is Casper Helder Bloom, the Make Amazon Pay Coordinator

for the Progressive International.

The Progressive International is a transnational organization of left-leaning activists,

and it's helping coordinate the Black Friday Day of Action along with Uni Global Union.
