We now come to Prime Minister's question, Littleer Richards.

0:03.0

Mr. Mr. Speaker, may I begin by saying that I understand and share the anger

0:13.0

up and down the country at seeing number 10 staff seeming to make light of lockdown measures.

0:20.0

And I can understand how infuriating it must be to think that the people who have been setting the rules have not been following the rules,

0:28.6

because I was also furious to see that clip.

0:34.6

And, Mr. Speaker, I apologize unreservedly for the offence that it has caused

1:54.9

auditors release a damon report that surprises none of us. Does the Prime Minister agree with me

1:59.5

that 47 years of labour control in Sanwell

2:02.5

has done nothing but level down my constituency of West Bromwich East and that my constituents

2:09.2

in West Bromwich, Fire and Grapegarh deserve better?

2:15.7

Yes, Mr Speaker, I wholeheartedly agree with my honourable friend, because the instinct of Labour councillors up and down this country is yet again to level down rather than to level up.

2:25.7

And I encourage her constituents to install a Labour councillor, a Labour Council there as soon as possible, a Conservative councillor there as soon as possible, Mr Speaker.
