0:56.5	Haringay is the highest in the capital. Unfortunately, we are at the same time facing the idea
1:03.3	that there could be a congestion tax forced on to 4 million extra Londoners by this government.
1:10.2	These Londoners already facing the double
1:12.3	whammy of COVID and the double whome of financial ruin.
1:16.9	Will the Prime Minister please immediately stop the imposition of this dreadful plan?
