Mr. Mr. Speaker, I know the whole House will want to join me in sending condolences

to the First Minister of Wales on the death of his wife, Claire.

I know from the warmth of the tributes made how much she will be missed.

Mr Speaker, this morning I had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others.

In addition to my duties in this House, I shall have further such meetings later today.

As the Prime Minister reaches 100 days in office this week, Having pledged a government, having pledged a government marked by integrity,

what are his thoughts on the UK being one of only five countries, along with Oman, Azerbaijan, Myanmar and

Qatar, that has seen a decrease in Transparency International's corruption index score since last year.

Mr. Speaker, in fact, there's widespread recognition and support for the UK's approach to transparency and, indeed, tackling corruption.

Indeed, the most recent report from the Fat-Aff body commended the UK for the steps that it had taken.

Arts Council England was established to increase access to great art for the population.

There's real concern and anger that their current funding decisions

do the exact reverse of that on the basis of inadequate evidence and a lack of transparency

in the process. Will my right of my friend meet with me and other concerned members
