well like the old saying goes all politics is local. Indiana proving it today. People often focus on the presidential elections, but we know policy is really shaped on the local level. Happy primary day. How are you celebrating? I'm celebrating with Taco Tuesday and Cinco de Mayo.

Since what we discussed earlier, you could buy booze now, so I'll probably have a beer at lunch.

So that's how I'm celebrating primary election day.

I'm going to be celebrating by doing everything except voting.

One, this is purely a function of two political parties funded by the taxpayers.

Yep.

The libertarians managed to do this all at convention without making the taxpayers pay for it.

And I looked at potential Republican ballots out where I live. there was only one semi-contested Republican

race. There were two guys running for Congress on a Republican ticket. I'd never heard of

either one of them. So I'm like, I don't think I should. They don't deserve your vote.

They don't deserve my vote. And otherwise, it was convention delegates.

And there was a whole lot of offices that were just left blank. So I'm like, there is no reason for me to participate in this. It is not worth my time. Has anybody knocked on your door or actively campaigned towards you? It's funny. Outside of the media. Several people in particular in Senate District 31, but I don't live in Senate District 31.
