1:38.7 | and bring them in to kind of you know train my my existing employees up and all of that and and that didn't go |

1:52.6 | the expectation that I had set initially was that you know everyone has already at |
1:58.1 | the highest level and so that was that was a mistake for sure. |
2:03.5 | And really one that I made because I never thought that we would get to the point where we would need like someone who was a true, you know, director of whatever. |
