I should like to call your attention this evening, as much of you will recall,

to the words found in Paul's Epistle to the Romans in Chapter 11,

leading from the beginning of verse 18 to the end of the 22nd verse. The beginning of the 18th to the end of the 22nd verse,

from the beginning of the 18th to the end of the 22nd verse

in the 11th chapter of Paul's epistle to the Romans,

boast not against the branches,

but if thou bearest, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

Now we'll say then, the branches were broken off that I might be grafted.

Well, because of unbelief, they were broken off, and thou standest by faith.

Be not high-minded, but fear.

For if God spared not the natural branches,

he'd thus be also spare not thee. Behold, therefore, the goodness and severity of God,

of them which fell severity, but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness,

otherwise thou also shall be cut off.

Now, you remember what we're dealing with here, what the apostle of Ginerit is dealing with

and which we therefore are considering.
