And hello to you and welcome to the Richard Nichols podcast, the Personal Development

0:07.9

podcast series that's here to help inspire, educate and motivate you to be the best you can be.

0:16.3

I'm psychotherapist Richard Nichols, and this is episode 187.

0:21.6

It's titled Pride and Prejudice.

0:24.9

And if you're ready, we'll start the show.

0:30.7

Hey folks.

0:32.9

I've got a tricky episode today,

0:35.3

and I've been mulling this over a few weeks, whether or not to comment on

0:38.7

1:30.0

Have you seen the podcast charts?

1:32.2

Most of us have an image of the presenter in the thumbnail and it's a proper whitewash.

1:37.3

87% of the UK are white, but it's probably about 99% of podcasters.

1:42.5

So if you don't listen to me talk about it, you might not listen to anyone and the whole

1:46.6

point of this podcast series, or one of the points, as I've always said in my intros,

1:50.9

I think I've always said it anyway, is about education, as well as inspiration and motivation,

1:56.2

etc., etc.
