but they're not all good for me.

You know, there's a lot of stupid things you can do and still go to heaven.

I'm Joyce Meyer, and I believe that God can heal you everywhere you hurt.

You may have a dream or a vision or a goal for your life.

I hope you do.

And whatever it is, yes, you need to prepare, but don't try to make it happen yourself.

Don't try to put yourself out front and get yourself in a position.

But let God do it.

I was reminded just recently when I was waiting for God to open the door for me to really be in ministry.

I mean, I was doing a few things. I was, I'd been,

well, I taught home Bible studies for five years, and then for five years I worked at a church.

And I had a good job there. I taught a large women's meeting once a week that was attended by several hundred people and

I got to do most of the teaching when the pastor was gone taught in Bible school three times a week

so I got to do a lot of teaching but then God started really lifting the grace off of that and it was

time for us to start Joyce Meyer ministries and it was a hard decision for me to make.

It took me two years to make it because in order to take hold of something, you have to let go of

something.

And, you know, when you let go, you don't always know you think, you hope, you believe, but you don't know for sure that there's

going to be something to take hold of and it was um it was it was a slow go i mean i did so many

little tiny meetings,
