As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson on a Saturday edition of the yard.

I'd hope to record yesterday.

But so here's the deal to see you guys understand.

I made the trip to, it's like I'm coming a little bit hot here.

Let me, let me get you guys leveled off here a little bit.

So I had a book signing in meridian on

thursday and when i got down there i said you know i got to be in columbia on friday so

why don't i just go ahead and make the trip down i'll stay in hattisburg or whatever so that's what

i did and uh didn't have the toilet trees or clothes or anything so had to go by all that stuff

and uh the book signing last night ended up going much later than I expected and so I didn't

bring my gear with me I didn't have my recording stuff I didn't have my laptop so I apologize

being a day late I'm matter of fact I woke up early so I could rush back to get this show

recorded to you guys before I head

over to another book signing. Matter of fact, I'll be at the lodge today, I guess, from 12 to 4,

right there on Highway 12 in Stargville. And on Sunday, I guess from noon to 3, I'll be at

bookmartin Cafe downtown. So if you're in Stargville this weekend for the game and you've been

needing to get personalized copies or signed copies of any of my books you can do that at the lodge

or book martin cafe this weekend and I look forward to being with you guys it's been a busy

stretch for me there's also two every book signing somebody says hey steve when are you recording the

next episode of i am steve r number one that is very uh it's very rewarding to hear the people value that other podcasts that i do you know it's about recovery and um you know it's just kind of me talking about you know what it takes to get sober and stay sober and uh picked up my 29 yearyear ship yesterday and it has been quite the journey.
