So I left for my trip, like basically right after we recorded for the U.S.'s September friendly against Uzbekistan. And then you handled the game against Oman and I get back just got back you know

a decent time last night got a little bit of sleep after a long travel day and we're right

back in the USM and T saddle this is like my paradise where it's Ryan Bailey's hell and I think

there's just something poetic about that so you can feel the red white and blue running through

your veins can you also feel the jet lag running through your veins? How are you feeling after your international travel?

A thousand percent. So I'll just go ahead and apologize in advance if I sort of start a thought and it doesn't go anywhere. I feel I feel mostly okay. I thought I would feel a bit better after a decent night of sleep. And I almost feel like I didn't really sleep at all. So we're running on a little bit of fumes here.
