Welcome back, G.C. How have you been?

Welcome back, Zach. I've been great. How about you?

I've been doing okay. Did you have a good summer?

Great summer. I'm excited to be back. Got the Supreme Court term starting on Monday. And boy, oh boy,

I feel like there's so much to talk about. I don't even know where to begin.

Well, we already have a few big cases on the docket involving guns, abortion, and religious

liberty, so nothing controversial.

But it's certainly going to be a big, big term for the court this year.

Well, we will be unpacking all of that for you as it comes down the pike.

But we wanted to take a step back and sort of give you a broad overview of what this term is going to look like.

And Zach, tell us about what we've got in store.

Well, as you know, G.C., I had the privilege earlier this week of hosting Heritage's annual Supreme Court preview with two former Solicitor's

General, Paul Clement and Noel Francisco, where they did a phenomenal job of talking about

some of those big cases, the court will hear this term, and kind of what to expect as the court

gets back to in-person arguments. So I thought what we could do for today's episode is play that event and let our listeners hear directly from Paul and Noel. What's going to happen?

Absolutely. Look, if you got a choice between hearing from these two jokers or hearing from two of the greats, I know what I'd pick.
