In this episode of the Podcast of Champions hosts Ryan Abraham and David Woods are back in studio previewing a stacked week 9 of Pac-12 football that features six games, all on Saturday. The action gets started with the 12:30 game on FOX with No. 8 Oregon travelling to Salt Lake City to take on No. 13 Utah. The Utes are coming off a huge road win against USC and would love nothing more than to crush the College Football Playoff hopes of another program bound for the Big Ten. Speaking of the Trojans, at 1pm on Pac-12 Network they will play a Cal squad coming off a bye week up in Berkeley. Both teams desperately need a win in the last matchup (at least for a while) of this longstanding rivalry. The next window starts at 4 on FS1 with No. 5 Washington hits the road to take on Stanford. The Cardinal were just curb stomped by UCLA but also had that huge comeback against Colorado a couple weeks back. The Huskies are coming off a narrow home win over ASU where they didn't score an offensive touchdown. At 4:30 on ABC Colorado will try to regroup from their epic collapse against Stanford and take on No. 24 UCLA in the Rose Bowl. Coach Prime had a bye week to try and get things right but they face a Bruins squad that is playing great defense and found an answer at quarterback. Then at 5 Pac-2 member Washington State heads to Tempe to take on one-win Arizona State on Pac-12 Networks. The Sun Devils fought hard on the road but again fell short while the Cougars played better in their loss to Oregon. The Pac-12 After Dark Game has the other Pac-2 member No. 11 Oregon State taking on Arizona in Tucson at 7:30 on ESPN. Both teams are playing at a high level right now so this should be a must-watch nightcap for Pac-12 football fans. The guys will preview all of the games and make their picks against the spread.
