about the game but I want to start with the jerseys because that just seems like a more

interesting topic right now. Nathan we were actually talking about this off-air a couple couple days ago on your feelings on alternate jerseys

I think you said it at times on the pod as well

But I know you don't always like them, but what do you think of these jerseys, these gray jerseys Ohio State going to be wearing on Saturday?

So listen, I, this is, of, we try to do this job by putting ourselves in the mind of fans and telling fans what they want to know and I think I do a good job with that my biggest

Block is caring about jerseys. I don't care about jerseys, like at all. And it's very

hard for me to remember that fans do care about Jersey. So when I made that face the

other day it was more like, oh this is like a thing that is

is like nominally makes some thing this week I will say I saw somebody wearing this past weekend at Rutgers I saw an Ohio

State fan and I don't remember which player they were wearing but they were wearing a

gray jersey with a red lettering. I thought it looked pretty good.

So these jerseys might be fine. I will tell you now, I'm just going to let fans behind the curtain.

All that I care about, and I think I speak for a lot of reporters, all I care about is that I can read the numbers from the press box. That is all I care about. I don't care if they're purple jerseys. Can I read the number from the press box without having to like squint and try to decipher what that number is? As long as I can read the number that's all I care about they can be hideously ugly with a visible number and I'll take that they can be pristine and beautiful with a number that's like all crunched up and you can't differentiate where the number ends and where the jersey starts and those are a nightmare.

So, um, for those who do care about the jerseys, I don't have a problem with alternate jerseys. I don't want that to be out there. I'm not, I'm not anti-alternate Jersey. I just want to be able to read the number and I may also

forget that they're doing alternate jerseys because it's just of all the things I have to

keep track of with the program in a given day or week. That's low on my list of priorities.
