trade deal with the United States. It's a win-win, says Jack, for both. 20% tariffs on all

exports to the United States from Vietnam and 0% tariffs on all imports from U.S. to Vietnam. At the same time, Vietnam is maintaining

trade relations suggesting with China, suggesting that it is possible to deal with both the U.S.
