Hello. And we're going to talk about Maccavelli's discourses on Levy.

We're going to finish our discussion that we started last time with part one today it's part two and this

time we're going to talk about slightly different issues we're not going to be that

political but we are going to talk about the war machine of a republic or a

principality, leadership, and conspiracies. The chapter on conspiracies that

Machiavelli has on the third book of Discourses on Levy is the longest chapter and you can definitely sense that he was writing and he was ecstatic while doing so.

He seemed to have an affinity for scheming.

He strikes me as a sort of man who's been involved in a few conspiracies.

Maybe, yeah, but we'll never know.

He never got caught.

Well, that's the thing.

I'm the, I'm literally a byword for scheming for

power but I was never involved in any conspiracy I mean now I've never been caught for

anything so I just happened to know it all somehow. Yeah, exactly.
