Alfredo here to remind you that our next movie club episode covers one of my film recommendations, Dead Silence.

The movie starts with Jamie and Lisa, receiving an anonymous package in the mail.

Jamie is going to be our main character.

Lisa is a significant other.

Yeah.

I don't sense a way to put it.

They decide that only the, I love the tone of this.

They decide that the only way to find out who sent the packages to open it up.

They open it up and they find a ventriloquist doll.

Pass.

Even just them opening it up, dude, was so funny because Jamie just starts ripping the paper,

whereas Lisa starting to untie the bow and try to be all delicate about it.

Like, you knew how they were on christmas morning

as kids just complete polar opposites definitely but also as soon as i saw the doll i'm like nah i'm

i'm punting that thing out the window yeah right that is not sitting upright in in the boudoir or

anything this is this is going away exactly but lisa was like all about it and having fun with it.

Later, after Jamie leaves their residence to go get food, Lisa notices that her surroundings

become dead silent and starts to hear voices coming from the bedroom or they left the doll.
