Hello and welcome to another episode of Realpolitik. Actually, I think it's episode 42,

meaning that this has been going on for some time now. I'm your host, Firas Madad. For those of you

who came to the live event, I want to say a very sincere thank you. Really enjoyed speaking to

so many people. And now we're going to get into the regular topic of discussion on this show,

which is what is happening in politics in the world.

And I wanted to talk about two things.

I want to talk about the implosion of Trump's relationships

with the people who actually delivered him the White House

for a second time. And then from that, we will move on to talk obviously about the topic of the

hour, Iran, the breakdown in the negotiations. And what we're going to see in the next phase as the two sides try to

escalate to get out of the deadlock that they're currently in. So what's been happening here?

Let's see. Here's an interesting detail, by the way, which I thought that I would spend a couple of minutes

on. Apple is deleting Lebanese villages from South Lebanon. They no longer exist in Syria.

They show the small villages in Israel. They show the small villages in Lebanon. It's pretty much being

erased. And that is because the Israeli military is doing its best to try to occupy big chunks

of South Lebanon. And pretty much every village they occupy, they just detonated to Smith,

they flatten it.

And so it's interesting that Apple would help with that by erasing even the mention of these villages.

And they've made some kind of mealy-mouthed explanation saying that they're upgrading their services but small villages are

showing in Syria. Why wouldn't they show in Lebanon? It's right next door. But what it shows you

here is that the Israeli military is really trying its best to occupy South Lebanon and to try to occupy

it fully. And that's one of the reasons
