whereas with QAnon it's very much like well they were fucked before they're fucked now

and this is why I think there's like a huge kind of energy towards like a form of or what will

end up being like forms of vigilantism right so

it's kind of like well it's got much more of an immediacy to it it's got you know this sort of sense

that this is the very very last chance and some of that is like informed by like apocalyptic narratives

that have sort of been a feature of american popular culture for like since its inception and everything.

But like a lot of it is also just down to like this kind of general feeling of helplessness

and this general feeling that like things can't get materially better.
