the plane is 50 miles out.

A few moments past, he says, the plane is 30 miles out.

Oh, my God. It gets down to the plane is 10 miles out.

Do the orders still stand? He asked Cheney and the vice president turns, whips his neck around and says, of course the order still stand.

Have you heard anything to the contrary?

Ostensibly, the charitable read is a no shootdown or excuse me that this is a shoot

down order that bush has told him shoot down the plane um there is however no record of a phone call

of bush telling cheney to order the plane to be shot down.

It's, I guess possible, but we don't know when that would have happened based on any of the accounts.

And the weird thing about it too is because Mineta to this day will say,

I have no idea what that meant.
