True cockney stuff was opened by a Jewish guy in like the 1850s or the 1860s.

So like fish and chips in its current incarnation as a thing you buy in a shop is like 150 odd

years old, 160 years old. And it's been like a staple. So, like, it's already established

as a staple kind of thing people would get in takeaway that far back. So, like, when you think

of all the mythologizing of sort of like, like London in the latter half of the, like, the sort of

Jack the Ripper era, World War I, World War II.

Where did Jack the Ripper get the energy to do all those murders?

Exactly.

Well, there was actually from our old studio.

There was a fish and chips shop.

Kind of looks like a little dressed up for tourists looking place called Jack the Chipper.

It actually opened while we were working there.

It was like a new, yeah.
