is a key part of this as well because it's something that proponents of data centers will say

is that, well, that's more economic activity. That's more people moving to this area. Therefore,

property values will go up. However, and then that means like more tax revenue. But the home values can actually go down because data centers are pretty loud, generally speaking.

And people don't want to live next to loud stuff, especially if they're podcasters, for instance.

Blankers move into the neighborhood and then they just play their loud noises all damn night, Anders.

This is another thing that they said that was a solution that was solved by moving them

underwater was just everything involved with like

finding the fucking land and property and stuff and dealing with like local you know this or that

and displacing people you know except I guess unless you count fish and jellyfish you know

they have a neighborhood, too.

Other thing about the underwater ones is that they, uh, one of the cons,

one of the problems is that to fix it, you have to just take the whole thing out.

Like so it messes up the kind of, um, the, because they're constantly like developing.

AI is this thing that's like there's a new version of

it every five minutes so like you would then be like adding new parts on and stuff and revolutionizing

the hardware and stuff and that's like not really possible if the thing's underwater so um that

presents a problem yeah no doubt um but one of the arguments, too, is that jobs, right?

That's what a lot of this comes down to.
