I don't really know much about it except for the fact that I was aware of this place because of car

magazines in the 80s they would bring their cars out here to test in the 90s I

guess yeah because they had built all the streets and never finished the houses.

So there are miles and miles of streets out here with street signs and there were curbs and

everything and driveways cut and they never built the houses now.

Things are a little different now, like 30 years later.

But there's still miles and miles of streets without houses.
