Yeah, I mean, there's all kinds of things you can say, you know, in response to the various

defenses of democratic fecklessness in relation to this or anything else in relation to Biden's

domestic agenda, which, you know, was just kind of picked apart from $9 trillion to $6 trillion

to, you know, $2 trillion to, you know, we're not passing it at all. You know, there's the response

you get where it's like, well, what about cinema? What about mansion, et cetera? There's all kinds

of things that could be said about that. But I mean, the really practical rejoinder really is

well. The president actually has a lot of executive power at their disposal. And as you said, you know, whenever,

the rare times that I've seen Biden be pressed on that, there's two responses. One is he'll

just deny that executive power has the scope that people suggest it does. And, you know,

the reply to that is, well, look at all the executive orders Trump passed. And then, you know,

the more common thing I've heard about executive power from Biden is kind of a response to that implicitly where he'll say like,

well, but, you know, two wrongs don't make a right. You know, if Trump abused executive power,

and I'm not going to do that. I'm assuming it's still up on the internet, but the,

the American prospect created something called, I think it's called the day one agenda. And it's basically just a ton of

executive orders touching on all kinds of issues that Biden could pass. And I mean, I think,

I do think with creative use of executive orders, there are potential responses to something

like this. I mean, through executive order, you know, you can control who gets federal contracts, for example,

so you can say that while states that don't meet certain conditions, you know, companies that

operate in those states won't get, you know, won't be eligible for federal contracts,

that kind of thing.

I mean, that would be an extremely drastic unradical measure.

But I mean, what's the alternative when something like this is going on?
