The Royal Navy, part two, the early 1930s.

Last episode we discussed in some detail the financial problems that the Royal Navy had during the 1920s and early 1930s.

This was a time of financial difficulties for Britain, and there were serious pressures put on

the Navy to reduce or at the very least maintain their budget.
