I think it's, I don't know, I think there's a lot of a lot of people that are suffering for

burnout on the the verge of burnout kind of feel like this this nagging feeling

every now and then so I'm I've definitely felt it myself quite a bit so I think it's something

that's neat to talk about and talk about how you can stop it from happening and

and just have a bit of more of a balanced work life as you learn right?

Yeah absolutely and especially with those of us who are either working well I guess anybody is susceptible to

burn out but those of you are you know you're in the hustle lifestyle of the
