You trying to be a street cop? Don't try to get through the group questions. I know we had a post recently from one of our group members who asked about a pretextual stop

and camping your car and watching traffic and how he said that there was complaints coming in that people

have accused them of racial profiling because they're watching

traffic. Now, how is this supported? Let me start up by saying, if your agency is not behind you

we're not going to back you for doing proactive police work, like you're going to have a

going to have a difficult time doing anything that we talk about in this group.

Just know that.

I can't change the mentality of our agency.

Now if they're an agency that doesn't care what you do and they're going to back you,

that's great.

As long as somebody's going to have your back and not buck down to somebody going, well, I think he's

racial for hopefully, and then you're cheap going, well, you know, we had some plane, so you can't, you can't sit like that anymore,

because it doesn't look right, it doesn't look good, can you do it?

Like so if you have somebody who doesn't have a spine, is not gonna say,

we're doing pretextual stops, you're not going to you're not going to be able to

them so and people will submit to the public guys will not stand up for it and I

applaud the administrators who do I've seen a lot of you guys really step forward and

give it to people raw and just tell me the way it is, let the police do their work.
