These guys have told now probably three different stories to the police about the circumstances about being around the store.

The polygraph comes back in conclusive on both of them.

The officers at the time are thinking they're hiding some and naturally it's all.

So we invited our friends detectives Dan and Dave to sit down with us and share their most interesting cases.

So here you are with Gary Quinn who has a new found conscience brought on by a head injury and he's telling you that after all these years you've got the wrong guys for this murder.

Were you skeptical?

I was totally skeptical but he does tell me enough detail about he knew that the gun they use belonged to Timmy Sanchez and it was the 22 caliber pistol.

And I knew from the deal that the kid was shot with a 22 caliber pistol. I don't think we ever put that out.

A lot of times they don't talk about that unless we actually have the murder weapon.

And so he also tells me that like I said about the coin slot things that you put in the safe.

I go that's quite a bit of detail from somebody who just thinks his brain scrambled and he's kind of come down and tell us a story.

Yeah.

I always kind of get a six-hence when people are lying or they have an angle. He had no angle.

He had no reason to come in a lie. He had that he had reason to lie the other way because it was his family.

That's one of the things you really have to look at is what's your motivation to tell me the story.
