What's up, everybody?

Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show, our 10th season, Scott. We figured that out before the podcast. And I think you didn't believe it when I said this is going to be our 10th season in 2024. We started doing this podcast prior to the 2015 season in 2024 will indeed be the 10th season of Yankees baseball. Happy New Year, man.

Yeah, I need you to count on your fingers to prove that because in my head, the math didn't work. But then when you counted on your fingers and I saw all those 10 digits go up, I was like, damn, this is the 10th year coming up. That's a lot. It's kind of crazy because you mentioned also like the last five years is a blur. I agree. The last five years is definitely a blur.

You know, leading up to 19, I think was like the last normal year.

And then ever since then, it's just been a different both in Yankees baseball, the world, and our lives. So, yeah, man, I'm excited.

This one, this upcoming season needs to be, number 10, needs to be a different year.

Yeah, it needs to be different.

It just needs to be different.

Instead of not hitting the ceiling or getting to a place where they're actually maximizing, you know,

what the abilities are on the baseball diamond.

They actually need to do that for a full season, not just half a year.

Last year, I think for a lot of people watching the Yankees, for two people talking about it, two or three times a week, was not easy.

And I don't know how we are going to be able to handle another

non-existent Yankee season like 2023.

So hopefully 2024 is different.

But you know what it also means?

You know what today also is?

It's the first podcast of the new year.

So you know what we have to do?
