immigration reform, he'd fix things himself. It wasn't the first time that Obama had decided

to go it alone. He's taken executive action on a number of issues, from gun control to climate

change. Republicans are fed up. They say Obama's

acting like a tyrant and a king. And how Speaker John Boehner has come up with a plan. Sue the

president. Does the Boehner camp have a leg to stand on? Is the speaker making an end run around

the far rights call for impeachment proceedings? And today's talking point, there's a lot of plastic
