There's so much going on this week.

One of the big stories that we're following really closely is what's happening on the ground in Chicago.

And we've been hearing from President Trump that he feels that if the local government

isn't able to quell the violence and crime and illegal immigration in Illinois, that he is willing

to do that.

And he's sending in the National Guard.

There's already a lot

happening on the ground, but the Guard is only just arriving. So this could get a lot more heated

in the days and weeks to come. And we have our Fox News senior correspondent, veteran war correspondent,

great all-around guy and fantastic reporter who also just climbed Mount Everest

not too long ago. So Mike Tovin is great to have you with me today. Thanks for joining me.

You bet. Glad to be here, Martha. So I always feel with our reporters. I know with our reporters

that there's a lot more than what you can pack into a few minutes in any one of your reports.

I want to try to dig into that a little bit. Give me a sense, Mike, of what it's like on the ground.

There's been a lot of skirmishes. And we hear what Mayor Brandon Johnson is saying about his police officers

and whether or not they're supposed to respond to help ICE when

they're being boxed in with cars in the middle of the street. So give a sure, like, overall sense

of what's going on there. Well, I think when you talk about the incident with the police officers,

I think the rank and file by and large are very upset with their leadership right now.

They don't really buy the explanation that was given by Larry Snelling.
