this executive order says it will prohibit third party pay for play and treat collectives or any school-associated

entity in the same fashion as any other business. So just quickly, if you're new to this show and

you don't have a deep dive knowledge on college athletics, let's just get some perspective

here. When the three of us were involved in

college sports, my time specifically was at Michigan from 2006 to 2010, not only could I not

be paid for playing college sports, I couldn't get a cup of coffee paid for. I couldn't sign an

autograph and sell that. I certainly couldn't sign an endorsement deal with Nike. Obviously,

the class action antitrust lawsuits over the last decade,

like O'Bannon v. NC.W.A, and now the House v. NCAA has created an opportunity for college

athletes to monetize their name, image, and likeness. This is where NIL comes from. But that
