We are here at the NFL owners meetings in Phoenix, Arizona.

And Cliff, this is a big, important week for the Ravens and for the league as a whole.

What has stood out to you about this week?

Well, on one side, you have football work and obviously personnel and you know what team the coaches

owners general managers thinking about and then there's the business side of

the sport a lot of business is conducted here NFL business

club business so we see both sides of those things getting accomplished here

yeah no doubt well one person who is

highly involved in all of that is Ravens team president, Sashi Brown. I sat down with him for an

interview to talk about what are the top priorities for the Ravens, and it's been a big offseason

here in Baltimore. So talk with Sashi about this offseason and also what he sees ahead for the

Ravens. Ravens fans, I'm excited to sit down with team president Sashi Brown here at the NFL owners meetings. Sashi, thank you so much for the time. Good to be with you. How are you doing? I'm doing great. It's a busy week and a busy offseason for the Ravens. It's been a offseason of change for the Ravens with Jesse Minter coming in as the head coach.

What has stood out to you about this entire process getting to the point where we are today

where Jesse's leading this new evolution of the Ravens?

Strength in our leadership, starting with Steve, Eric, Ozzie, myself, Dick, and then

bringing Jesse into that group and then a really strong staff underneath

all of us, you know, to help support us through that process and decisions.

And then just, I think the other thing that I reflect on is organizationally just how rooted

in our kind of values and our system and our way that we really are. So not easy.
