This podcast is about the American immigrant experience, where I find out what happens

when you leave your life behind to move far away and start a new one.

This show is Immigration Stories, told by the people who've lived them.

You'll pick your path.

So you get rid of a lot of stuff that crowds your brain and you focus.

When I get mad you don't want to come here.

And I don't have time to waste.

She's amazing and she's coming right up.

Every episode you see we feature one person, one immigrant story.

I should probably fill you in on mine.

I moved here hoping to become America's answer to Rihanna, but I quickly discovered that Rihanna

is America's answer to Rihanna.

That's my struggle.

But I had to pick up the pieces and think of something else to do.

And that is how I became the first comedian in the world ever to have their own podcasts.

I want to tell you that this show is primarily personal, not political.

But of course, at times the two are bound together.
