I've said time and time again on this podcast, how I grew up on Staten Island.

No one is the forgotten borrow.

Queens has the Metz, the Bronx has the Yankees, and it's the only borrow that you put the

word in front of, always find that odd.

So not you're saying about Manhattan, the city of dreams, if you can make it there, you

can make it anywhere, and Brooklyn, Brooklyn has it all.

Staten Island is often overlooked, unless you're looking for ghost stories.

The place is loaded with them.

From the Bidell Avenue ghost, the conference house and Vanderbilt's tomb, all of them

rich with their own history and folklore.

One of my favorites was about the old sevyu sanitarium, or as myself and the rest of Staten

Island calls it the sevyu homes.
