So I don't know what you heard before, but just saying a quick thanks to everybody joining

us, whether for the first time or the 500th time. Okay, so Knicks start off their preseason

with a win in Charlotte against the Hornets. A lot of Knicks fans in the building, as usual,

to see what was an entertaining game, certainly an entertaining and very comical finish.

And my guess is that the vast majority of people listening to this, maybe listening to it tomorrow on Monday,

because they were watching the Met game.

And I will start off by saying, I'm not going to say condolences to the Met fan out there,

because as Andrew J. Claudio just reminded me,

this is a great weekend for Mets fans because they got the split that they wanted and they

could have easily gotten a second game. So we're going to start this one off just kind of by

recapping what actually went on for anybody who may, may not have chosen to watch the next first

preseason basketball game. As expected, Tom DeVito did start this one with his full

allotment of starters. And as expected, that starting five did contain Josh Hart starting at

the two guard, three guard, power forward, center, whatever.

Your guess is as good as mine.

The starters played for about 14 minutes in change in the first half.

McCau Bridges played a little bit less.

But, you know, they played, I would say, a few minutes less than that they would

usually see in a first half. Did come back in, though, to close the first half. And then that

was it for them. Those guys did not come out of or did not enter the game in the second half
