What's going to happen? We're going to whoop this. Welcome in the Govell's 24-7 podcast. I am Ben McKee and I am joined on this edition of the

podcast by Patrick Brown and Ryan Callahan here on this Thursday morning to

preview Tennessee's defense as we head in to fall camp.

Fall camp begins in less than a week.

Media Day for the local media is on Tuesday, the first, and then on Wednesday, the second Tennessee will hit

the practice field, and unlike the offense in which we previewed on Tuesday, myself, Patrick,

and Wes Rucker.

I encourage you to go back and listen to that,

if you have not already done so.

Weren't as many question marks

as there are with the defense heading in to fall camp not that there aren't any

question marks on the offensive side of the ball I think all three of us Pat

West and myself all agreed that the offensive line was kind of the biggest question mark and the one area that we're looking forward most to learning about during fall camp, but Patrick, I think on the defensive side of the ball I think I think you could go with

Any three levels of the defense in terms of the position that that you want to learn most about and are curious to learn most about throughout fall camp.

What position are you kind of circling in terms of A what you want to learn and B, kind of the position that you think Tennessee

needs to figure out in order to be successful on that side of the ball to start the season.

Well, Ben, I think it's got to be in on that's

Well, Ben, I think it's got to be in the secondary, right?

I mean, you look at the biggest weakness on Tennessee's 11-Wam 2022 team,

and it was the past defense.
