great time in the sports calendar with NBA finals, Stanley Cup finals, U.S. Open started today,

Detroit Tigers, not great last night, but they're in the mix. That makes it

fun. And as we said, 79 days until football season. So you got that anticipation building up.

I'm enjoying sports life right now as a sports fan.

The countdown's going fast. I feel like we just started the 100 days and we're already

inside of 80s.

So again, to quote Chris Ballas, not wishing our summers away, but it is fast approaching.

And with this football preview sort of, I don't see now on the back burner, you and I are both

finished with our part of it. And I found myself, and I said this last week, too, the itch is there now. Like, I'm excited for football. You know, once we do that, it does feel like you kind of have officially turned the page to the next season. Spring ball isn't quite the same in that regard. It's kind of like an epilogue or prologue to the next year.

But yeah, I'm fired up and doesn't hurt to have the best team in baseball that you root for,

the two of us selfishly.

I know that's not a universal experience among our listeners.

But good times, good time in the calendar and enjoy it because about a month from today,
