| 1:08.6 | didn't have any resources to get on a bottle or get into a metro train to be able to get to a |
| 1:16.8 | doctor's office. And presumably other people who simply had to wait many months |
| 1:21.9 | to get appointments. |
| 1:23.2 | And other people in well-to-do communities who were on six-month, nine-month wait lists. |
| 1:28.7 | And this is what you say, prescriptive care, you're talking about a physician, a prescription and sending them off to a pharmacy to pick it up to ameliorate some problem that they're having. |
